Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our services and how we can assist you.

Do you take insurance?

While I don't work directly with insurance companies, I do provide out-of-network benefits for my clients. You have the option to receive a superbill from me, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Alternatively, I collaborate with a company called Mentaya that assists with processing the necessary paperwork on your behalf. To ensure transparency and avoid any unexpected feelings during our partnership, we can also obtain an estimate of your out-of-network benefits upfront. This way, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what to expect, making the process smoother for everyone involved.

How long are sessions and how often do we meet?

In order to ensure a successful start to your journey, I offer tailored support that aligns with your specific needs. At a minimum, you can anticipate engaging in weekly meetings with me to discuss your progress and address any concerns. I understand that availability may vary, and I'm committed to adjusting the frequency of our sessions to best suit your schedule and requirements. Additionally, I provide the option for bi-weekly and monthly meetings for clients who prefer a less frequent touchpoint. My goal is to create a supportive environment that fosters growth and achievement at your pace.

Do you offer online or in-person sessions?

Who do you work with?

As a professional dedicated to supporting families, I focus on those navigating the challenges of parenting a young child. Many families face difficulties related to early childhood behaviors, and I provide guidance to help them understand and manage these issues effectively. My approach emphasizes the importance of establishing consistent routines, which are essential for creating a thriving family environment. By working collaboratively with parents, I aim to equip them with the tools and strategies needed to foster positive development and strengthen family bonds. Together, we can address struggles and build a solid foundation for both children and parents to flourish.

At present, my practice is exclusively offered through telehealth and phone sessions, providing convenient and accessible support to clients. For clients requiring in-person sessions, I am open to discussing in-home sessions on a case-by-case basis, tailored to meet individual needs and circumstances. My practice is committed to flexibility and adaptability, ensuring that clients receive personalized support in a setting that best suits their requirements.
